Local Students Welcome
Year 10 Gifted and Talented students from Parkside School in Chesterfield enjoyed a day in London on Monday 10th July, where they were shown around the Houses of Parliament by their constituency MP Paul Holmes. The students were shown both the Houses of Commons and Lords, before participating in a question and answer session with Paul.

Government Condemns Thousands To Retirement In Poverty
Paul Holmes MP for Chesterfield has today slammed the Government for yet another disgraceful attempt to deny thousands of people occupational pension compensation that could lift them out of poverty.
