CAMPAIGN AGAINST UNFAIR BANK CHARGES DESERVES DAY IN COURT - HOLMES

15 Jan 2008

Commenting at the start of the court case between the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and several high street banks about bank charges, Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Chesterfield Paul Holmes said

"Many Chesterfield residents have been affected by punitive bank charges and could benefit enormously from this court case. Banks have been making record profits in recent years and should not be milking their customers for even more money in this way.
